The (Im)Possible Dream

Are you feeling locked up or powerless without the ability to live the life you really want?

Maybe you don’t even KNOW what you really want, you just know deep inside that what’s happening now is no longer working. Something is missing, and you feel like time is slipping away.

If you’re not sure this applies to you, consider the following:

  • You play by the rules – you show up as the perfect wife, mother, student, employee etc. – but you are secretly afraid of anyone finding out about the “real you”.
  • You may try to fill yourself up with external things (um, retail therapy anyone), or perhaps you feel like if you could just fix something outside of yourself (your body, your home, your job, your kids) you’d finally be fulfilled.
  • You’re holding on to what’s “safe” or “known” (job, relationship, unwanted pounds or food habits, emotional baggage, etc.) even though it’s making you miserable.
  • What you’d really like to do or be seems impossible given all your responsibilities, and as a result there is building resentment and distance in your relationships, or a feeling of constantly being on-edge.
  • You’ve probably tried to make changes. You’ve woken up and said, “This is the day!” But before long you fall back into the same old routine.

Sound familiar?

Right about now you may be having what I like to call the “Holy Shit” moment. It’s the moment when you say to yourself, “If something doesn’t change, I’m never going to be happy or healthy.”

If you’re feeling this way right now, congratulations! You are exactly where you need to be, sister!

Help is On the Way.
There’s nothing wrong with you! It’s just that somewhere along the way, without your awareness, you’ve been stripped of your possibilities.

And I’m here to help you get them back.

I’ve discovered exactly what it is that steals our possibilities, and how to reclaim them so that you can start bringing positive, lasting change into your life.

Is it possible to do this on your own? Sure. Perhaps you’re fed up enough to make a change without any guidance. Or you could always wait until some external circumstance forces you to make a change.

But I’ll tell you this. It’s much easier when you are in the driver’s seat and you have someone in your corner to support you. Someone who can show you choices you didn’t even know you had and remind you that everything you’re feeling is OK. My job is to help you unlock what is truly possible for you, so that you can be your true authentic self, step into your power, and have the life you really want.

If it’s possible for me, it’s possible for you.

Michelle

I Was A “Stage 5 Clinger”

My first clue came in yoga last Saturday, when I moved through my poses about as smoothly as rusty bike on a cobblestone road. I’ll be honest; the week prior had been a shitstorm, with several unexpected and rather unpleasant dramas unfolding all around me. My life had suddenly become fraught with challenges – kid [...]

I Spoke the Unthinkable Words…

And it threw me into a tailspin! I’ve been a bit stuck on the blog lately. I’ve been having a solid case of writer’s block for a few weeks, and I can’t quite put my finger on it. I was explaining to my own coach that I feel different, disconnected in some way. A bit [...]
